WHAT ARE YOUR PRODUCTION TIMES? (COVID-19 UPDATE)
Orders will be processed in the order they are received and as quickly as possible! Timeline are estimated and can change without notice. Estimation is based on your order size and our current order volume. Changes to your design/order will effect the completion date.

Any special promotions may have their terms and conditions regarding processing different on their Product/Landing Page. Anything mentioned would supersede our regular terms in this page/document.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the safety guidelines surrounding this new normal, our response times and production times can be delayed. With supply lines in flux, we are processing on a slightly slower schedule. As always, our products are Made-To-Order.

Standard Orders WITH NO Personalization:
  • No digital proof is sent.
  • Processing time is 3-5 business days of purchase.
  • Shipping times are dependent on your chosen shipping method and location. Please see the Shipping Section.
Standard Orders WITH Personalization:
  • You'll receive a Digital Proof within 3-5 business days of Purchase.
  • After your approval, processing time is currently between 1-3 business days.
  • Shipping times are dependent on your chosen shipping method and location. Please see the Shipping Section.
Custom Orders and Bulk Orders ( > 10 of the same item ):
  • The timeframe of the Digital Proof varies depending on the amount of revisions. Typically it's between 3-5 business days of purchase.
  • After your approval, bulk order processing times will be communicated with you and typically are within 5-7 days.
  • Shipping times are dependent on your chosen shipping method and location. Please see the Shipping Section.
If you have a custom order request that you require sooner than our estimated production time -- please call us instead of emailing to expedite the submission of your order and to ensure we get to it in time!

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING / PICKUP TIMES & POLICIES? (COVID-19 UPDATE)
Any Free Shipping on orders within US & Canada (Excluding Alaska & Hawaii) might not be tracked and use any carrier we choose to ensure delivery.
 
These time frames are NOT GUARANTEED, as factors such as weather, the COVID-19 pandemic, and mail volume can affect delivery. In our experience 90% show up on time, 5% are slightly late, 4% are very late, and 1% just get lost or endlessly circle North America for no reason. It's very frustrating, but these days it's unavoidable. No carriers guarantee delivery. Most of time time your package arrives much earlier, so these times are conservative. 

Ontario / Quebec Orders: 2-5 Business Days EST Shipping Time.
Other Canadian Provinces: 2 Weeks EST Shipping Time.
United States Orders: 3 Weeks EST Shipping Time.
International Delivery (Tracked Delivery Only): Times Vary, but typically between 3-4 Weeks (many times much sooner).

You can checkout with with Expedited Delivery as an extra fee. Expedited delivery is always tracked, and you will be provided with a tracking code.

Please contact us via phone if you do not see the right delivery service for you during checkout and need sent faster or guaranteed and we'll try and accommodate you.

Pick Up Orders (Only in the Toronto, Canada Area)
  • We will call you as soon as your order is ready for pick up.
  • If you do not answer, we will leave a message if possible.
  • We will then email if we were not able to reach you via phone.
We do include a special Bonus for all Pickup Orders. Please inquire for details if we don't reach out about it.


Proofs, Personalization & Custom Artwork

WHAT IS A DIGITAL PROOF?
A digital proof is a computer generated file or photo that will be rendered/taken for you based on the exact customization requested on your order. Once you have placed a custom order with us, the digital proof will be sent via email or instant message (following our current estimated production timeline) for your review and approval. APPROVAL is required before we will proceed to producing your custom items.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN ARTWORK OR FONTS IN YOUR DESIGNS?
We gladly welcome custom artwork if it meets a few specific file requirements.
We'll ask to review the design first to ensure that it is a project we can take on and that it is compatible with our procedures.

Please contact us with the proposed design in the requested format or what you have and we'll let you know if it can be done!

Please send Original artwork as file type: ai, jpg/jpeg or svg.

*An additional fee may apply depending on the size and complexity of the design.

Note: Any pixelation/ blurriness shown in the provided artwork will reflect onto the final product. Any thin lines may not show at all (if engraving) or will be very fragile (if laser cutting). For printing on stickers, paper, etc... the resolution of the image will be reflect on the final product as well. Please provide the best quality as possible. By submitting a personal design you are agreeing to the quality as provided.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Add the items to your cart, checkout by paying by Credit Card and selecting your method of shipment or pickup. It's that simple!
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No you don't. Having an account with us though will allow you to checkout much quicker on future purchases.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All Free Shipping IS UNTRACKED unless otherwise stated. Please reach out to support@sweetevent.ca or call us if you don't receive your shipment. Please allow for the processing/shipping times as stated above before calling.

Any expedited or international (non US & Canada) shipping is tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number after shipment. If you do not receive your tracking number please reach out to Support (support@sweetevent.ca) or call (416) 900 - 9300.
